With Datatrics’ Audience section, you can create segments for your advertising campaigns or remarketing strategy.

Datatrics predictive fields are calculated through our algorithms, and they comprehend data such as Conversion potential or Customer and Persuasion Types.

Visitors with a high conversion potential (<50%)

If you want to target people most likely to convert, you can create a segment based on conversion potential. You can use this segment for your advertising campaigns and target a smaller target most likely to convert. You can also use this segment to send specific newsletters with new product collections to push the latest articles to customers who might be more interested.

How to create the segment:

Create a new segment → Add rule → Predictive - Datatrics Algorithm based → Condition “Conversion potential” → Modifier “is greater than or equals to” → Value “50.”

Segment based on Customer or Persuasion Type

Another predictive field to use for targeting is Customer Types and Persuasion Types. You can create a segment based on them to show relevant content to specific customers. Customer Types indicate your client’s characteristics; on the other hand, Persuasion Types indicate the best strategies to persuade customers to reach your goal.

Customer Types

Within Customer Types, you can find groups such as Economic customers, who value the financial aspects and try to find the best deals, or Believer ones, who are more loyal and can be interested in new products. Find a detailed explanation of all Customer Types in this article.

How to create the segment:

Create a new segment → Add rule → Predictive - Datatrics Algorithm based → Condition “Customer type” → Modifier “is one of” → Value “Economical.”

Tip: you can also create segments adding different customer types by combining the rules and quickly selecting them in the list.

Examples:

  • Economical: send a newsletter or show an Ad with Sale items.

  • Believer: send a newsletter promoting new products.

Persuasion Types

Within Persuasion Types, you can find persuasion strategies such as Authority for customers who are easily persuaded through trust and testimonials of other clients or Scarcity for people who want more of what they can have less. Find a detailed explanation of all Persuasion Types in this article; check out this article for additional information.

How to create the segment:

Create a new segment → Add rule → Predictive - Datatrics Algorithm based → Condition “Persuasion type” → Modifier “is one of” → Value “Scarcity.”

Example:

  • Authority: Send a newsletter recommending products highlighting the most liked products and inserting client reviews or brand testimonials.
