The audience section in Datatrics is where all the profiles from connected integrations and profile imports come together. This section has multiple possibilities to add, segment, analyze and view profiles.

If you don’t have any known profiles present in Datatrics, you can learn more about adding known profiles in this article.

As you can see in the screenshot above, there are two tabs present in the audience section:

  • Profiles

  • Audience segments

In the first tab, you can easily navigate all the known (master) profiles imported into Datatrics. Here, you can search, order, and view specific profiles. Read this article if you want to learn more about the possibilities in this tab.

Want to know more about the functionality of master profiles? Please read this article.

In the last tab, you can find your audience segments. Segments are dynamic groups of profiles based on some specific rules that you made. A practical example of an audience segment is profiles interested in a particular brand of shoes. Read this article to know more about audience segments and this article on how to target profiles using audience targeting.
