If your .CSV is not being read correctly by the custom importer, the probable cause is that the .CSV has not been uploaded as a comma-separated .CSV. Our custom importer only accepts comma-separated .CSV documents. Next to that is best to encode and save the document in UTF-8 format and thereafter upload it. This should solve the above issue.
