To connect to Piggy, go to the following URL: https://app.datatrics.com/integrations/piggy/ and click "Install".
You will then see the following screen:
As you can see, you will need to submit the following:
Client ID
Client Secret
To gather this information, you must create an OAuth Client in Piggy. To find this information, log in to Piggy, head to the Integrations section, and click on the OAuth Clients tab. https://business.piggy.eu/integrations/oauth-client
Click on 'Add' to create a new one (this is preferred over using one Client for multiple occasions).
After submitting this info, Datatrics will sync the contacts and transactions from Piggy. You can also send hybrid campaign triggers to Piggy.
You can use this, for example, when someone with more than xxx points and a certain online shopping cart value sends a campaign mail from Piggy to redeem xx points for an xx% discount and complete the order. Please take a look at this article for more information about the use case above.
