The Content section in Datatrics is where all the content from connected integrations, custom imports, and manually added content items is present. This section has multiple possibilities to add, filter, prepare, and view content.

If you don’t have any content present in Datatrics, you can learn more about adding content in this article.

As you can see in the screenshot, there are three tabs present in the content section:

  • All content items

  • Content collections

  • Categories

In the first tab, you can easily navigate all content items in your project. You can search, filter, and view specific content items. If you filter down to a particular selection of content items, it is possible to create a content collection. Read more about filtering here.

Content collections are reusable sets of rules that help you quickly find specific content sets. You can also use these collections in touchpoints for easy filtering. Read more about content collections and how to create them here.

The last tab contains all known categories in your Datatrics project. It’s recommended to map your content’s categories for item recommendation purposes correctly. Read more about content categories here.
