First, go to https://app.datatrics.com/integrations/freshdesk/ and press "install"
You will see the following prompt:
You will need to enter your domain, and the token.
You can find the token following these steps:
Log in to your Freshdesk account
Click on your profile picture on the top right and select 'Profile Settings'
In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key
Now add the API key in the Token input field within Datatrics, after this, you have successfully made the connection and we can gather all of the profiles from Freshdesk.
