First, head over to https://app.datatrics.com/integrations/dotmailer/. Click on the "Install" button, and you will be redirected to the settings screen:
First of all, you need to enter a Region ID. The different Region IDs for Dotmailer are:

After entering your Region ID, you need to set up your API user in Dotdigital like this:
Log in to Dotdigital Engagement Cloud
Click the person-and-cog icon in the bottom left corner to produce the settings menu and select Access
Click the API users tab (unless you're already in it)
Click New user
The username (email address) is automatically generated for you and must not be edited
You can add a description to differentiate between API users, which is useful if you have multiple ones
Enter a password and confirm it
Select the Enabled checkbox is ticked
Click Save
Now enter these API user credentials on the Dotmailer settings page in Datatrics, and don't forget to click the Save Settings button.
Datatrics will use the Dotdigital integration to sync profiles and predictive fields (enrichment sync).
