First, head over to https://app.datatrics.com/integrations/trengo/. Click on the "Install" button, and you will be redirected to the settings screen:

To connect your Trengo account, you need to enter your personal access token, consisting of a long hash. If you are unable to find this Token, we recommend approaching the Trengo support team.

After entering the token on the Trengo settings page, click on Save Settings.

Datatrics will use the Trengo integration to sync profiles and profile activities.
