First, head over to Click on the "Install" button, and you will be redirected to the settings screen:

Click on the Connect to Copernica button and log in to your Copernica account if you're not already.

On the next page in Copernica, you can give access to the Datatrics application. If you have access to multiple accounts, please select the correct one for this project.

After selecting an account, you can authorize access by clicking the green Confirm button:

After confirming access, you will be redirected back to the Copernica settings page in Datatrics.

On this page, you will find two settings: the database which needs to be synchronized and the name of the email field in your database. The name of the email field is important as it can be different per Copernica account. If nothing is entered here, we will use the default Copernica field name: Email.

Datatrics will use the Copernica integration to sync profiles, predictive fields (enrichment sync), segments, and hybrid campaign triggers by default.
