Login to your Qooqie account
2. Click on Settings as displayed in the screenshot. ("instellingen" in our dutch environment)
After clicking on settings, the following menu opens up:
Here you can click on "Webhooks/API" (red arrow) and then "Webhooks" (orange arrow)
Copy the fields you see in here and paste them into the fields on the channel connect page:
After filling in these fields, the connection process is complete.
Datatrics is now able to create profiles based on each individual caller. We are also able to keep track of calls and store them as interactions on the profile's timeline.
