First, head over to https://app.datatrics.com/integrations/bingads/. Click on the "Install" button, and you will be redirected to the settings screen:

Click on the Connect to Microsoft Ads button. You will be redirected to a Microsoft Login Screen. Log in with an account that has permission to read and write in the Microsoft Ads account you want to connect.

After redirecting back to Datatrics, you need to enter your Account ID.

You can find your Account ID by going to your profile in Bing Ads and selecting "Accounts & Billing".

This page will show you information about your account. Under the Account section, you will see your Account ID. (NOTE: This is not your account number.)

Paste this Account ID in the Microsoft Ads settings page in Datatrics and click the Save Settings button.

Datatrics will use the Microsoft Ads integration to sync segments.
